These potatoes are super easy to make.
They are a staple in my house; we eat them almost daily.
Four large sweet potatoes (I like to use different kinds, the mix in the colors is beautiful, and it looks charming on the table)
Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 Degree
Wash and peel your potatoes, cut them into cubes, and Put them on a baking sheet.
Pour some olive oil on them.
Season with salt and pepper. And toss them until they are covered with oil.
