Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes are super easy to make.

They are a staple in my house; we eat them almost daily.


  • Four large sweet potatoes (I like to use different kinds, the mix in the colors is beautiful, and it looks charming on the table)

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Aluminum Paper


Preheat the oven to 375 Degree

Wash and peel your potatoes, cut them into cubes, and Put them on a baking sheet.

Pour some olive oil on them.

Season with salt and pepper. And toss them until they are covered with oil.
