I have created a straightforward plan to help you to transition into this new lifestyle. I will teach you how to eat the proper amount of Protein, the best protein sources, and how much Protein you need.

 

You will also learn about all the essential nutrients that a Vegan must be mindful to eat in this diet.

Ant the best part, because a lot of my clients ask me, is if you can develop muscles, and the answer is Yes!

 

I will show you how to do that, as well.

 

Whatever is your motivation to become Vegan, I will help you to take this step.

 

I am a vegan, and I love it. 

 

I have worked with clients who want to do it because they want to reduce their cholesterol levels, lose weight, better their health, and others, just because they want to do something good for the planet.
